Introduction[]
"Let me guess," you say to the burly satyr, "you're my next chall-"
He punches you in the face.
Your head rocks, and your whirling vision alights on the first gatekeeper's bruised, grinning face.
"Hit him again!" the battered satyr yells. "And when he's down, it'll be my turn to do some stomping!"
He strikes his hoof against the stone.
Conclusion[]
"Kill him!" the satyr exclaims. "Come on!"
His comrade doesn't reply. It's very hard to hold up your end of the conversation when a man's grabbing your horns and driving his knee into your face again, and again, and again.
The first gatekeeper runs over. He crouches, putting his head next to the second gatekeeper's downturned visage.
"Fight back!" he says.
Your adversary collapses instead. You release him and, because you're feeling vindictive, seize the first gatekeeper's horns.
"Hey! Get off-"
A knee to the jaw shuts him up. Two more knock him out. The fourth is quite unnecessary, but enjoyable nonetheless.
You toss his unconscious form onto the other satyr's and make your way along the broad, winding path. The road to the summit is clear. Your final challenges await.
