Card Description
Monar is spoken of in awed whispers by archers across West Kruna. The elf mercenary has built up a reputation for making difficult shots at impossible ranges. When he lost his left eye in a backwoods war, he went to Master Ingenie and had him craft a lens that can reportedly provide an accurate view of things happening up to a mile away.
