Cacophonous shouts of rage and anguish fill the tunnel, a barrage of noise from the throats of a score of frantic goblins.
"They seem upset about something," you remark.
"Can't imagine what," Tessa replies. "But I know how to shut them up..."
She notches an arrow to her bow.
Conclusion[]
"These goblins were unworthy foes," Rakshara says. She kicks one of the corpses, sending it rolling along the passage floor until it comes to rest alongside a pile of others. "Weak and dishonorable. Eradicating them was no different from exterminating vermin."
"Don't worry," you reply. "I'm sure we'll come across more impressive enemies before we finish our travels down here."
"He has a knack for finding dangerous adversaries," Braches says.
"Good," the oroc says. Her eyes shine as brightly as her crystals.
